How to Invest on OfferBoard?

Entoro provides a simple and intuitive interface for Investors to start the investment process.

Investing on OfferBoard is a quick and easy process. Click the "Ready to Invest" button on the Investment opportunity detail page and follow the steps to complete your investment. Issuers have the option to accept various payment methods from Investors, including ACH/ Wire, Self Directed Retirement Account, and Cryptocurrency.

- How to make an investment?
  • 1. Click the "Ready to Invest" button on an investment opportunity's offer detail page
  • 2. Complete KYC/AML verification
  • 3. Review requirements for investment and click submit to continue
  • 4. Enter your investment amount
  • 5. Select your investment payment method
  • 6. Execute the required legal agreements
  • 7. Receive escrow deposit account information or the cryptocurrency wallet address
  • 8. Transfer funds via ACH/Wire or from your crypto wallet
  • 9. Confirm your investment

- Where does my money go?
Once you confirm your investment, the funds are transferred to an escrow account for safe-keeping until the capital raise is closed. Once the round closes, you will receive confirmation of success and a link to the counter-signed legal agreements. Upon  closing completion and compliance checks, the funds are transferred to the Issuer.

Subscription Agreement Automation

OfferBoard has automated the document execution process.

After an Investor clicks “Ready to Invest”, they can review and electronically sign the subscription agreement related to that offering via OfferBoard’s integration with DocuSign. This eliminates the need to send documents out for signature via email and automates the process for quick and secure document review and execution.
